Janice Sperow

With over three decades in the legal profession, Janice Sperow brings deep insight, strategic clarity, and unmatched experience to every dispute she resolves. As a full-time neutral, she has served as an arbitrator, mediator, hearing officer, Court-Appointed Neutral, Discovery Referee, State Bar of California Special Master and judge pro tem, with over 1,000 dispute resolutions as counsel and more than 650 as an arbitrator.

Janice is known for her straightforward, fair, and cost-conscious approach to resolving even the most complex conflicts. Whether handling high-stakes commercial disputes, employment claims, or nuanced internal investigations, she leads with efficiency, objectivity, and calm authority.

She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb), holds 10+ specialized certifications in arbitration and mediation, and is proud to be on the rosters of AAA, CPR, AHLA, NAM & San Diego Superior Court. Beyond her casework, Janice has also served as President of the National Association of Women Lawyers, where she championed equity and ethics in the legal field.
